Did you want to send us a message from your computer?  You know, be all electronically cool and stuff?  Well, I can help you with that!

If your pet is sick or you need an immediate appointment or medication refill, then you have to call us at 904-783-2574.

Please give us at least 72 hours to return your message.

Always include a current phone number with your message, in case the computer starts to act up.

If you need prices, then we need to speak with you directly, because we may need to ask some questions about your pet, so we can give you an accurate estimate.  Every patient is different and has different needs.

       We always advise that you make an appointment whenever possible.  We do take walk-ins, but it is always a good idea to call ahead, so we can be sure to fit you into the schedule.  We believe your personal time is very valuable, so we will make every attempt to ensure that you don't have to wait to be seen by our doctor.  Certain time periods and certain days can be busier than others, so let us help direct you to a more open time slot in our schedule.  We will take appointments before walk-ins, except in the case of critical or emergency patients.  We can usually see you and your pet the same day, if your pet is sick, and you call early in the day.

     In case of an emergency, please try to call first before coming to the clinic, so you know that our doctor is in the clinic and available.  This will also allow our staff to start to prepare for your particular situation and, possibly, reschedule other appointments, so we can focus on your situation.  If our doctor is out of the clinic or working on a surgery patient under anesthesia, we may direct you to another clinic, so your pet can receive immediate care.  If it is late in the day, we may direct you to one of the emergency clinics, so your pet can receive extended care into the evening.

     Remember, any problem your pet is having can be treated more effectively, the sooner we see them.  Whenever possible, call early in the morning. so we can accomodate you and your pet.  Late afternoons and Saturdays fill very quickly, so call ahead.  Dr. Cinque always wants to make time for sick patients, but since she is only human (we think she still is), there are limits to what she can do.
